SHIPMENT DATA: All shipments made by WAYART will be accompanied by an official invoice issued by Soloxbò s.r.l. in which will be reported the value of each item in Euro.
SHIPPING COSTS: For shipments to Europe following a higher order of 70€ shipping is free while below the price is 5€. Instead, for shipments in America and Asia for orders over 70 € the price for delivery is 5 € while for lower orders the cost of delivery is 15€
SHIPPING TIMES: Orders placed by you will be made in 7 working days maximum and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday. Delivery times vary from 1 to max. 5 working days depending on the destination.
DELIVERY OF ORDER: Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package should appear to have been tampered with or damaged for any reason, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact WAYART at email@example.com. All customs charges will be charged to the final customer. All Customers who place an order sign a business relationship with WAYART and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the goods should not be delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and, if there are also customs charges, will be deducted from the refund due to the customer by WAYART.
SHIPPING TRACEABILITY: When the order is shipped, customers receive an e-mail from the courier in charge of shipping with the tracking number with which they can view the progress of the shipment.
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the items can be returned for a refund. The shipping costs in case of return are :
- charged to Wayart if: the product sent has production defects.
- at the customer's expense if: the product has no manufacturing defects, but the customer is not satisfied with the product, thus requesting an exchange or refund
- To request authorization to return, the Customer must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The e-mail must contain the codes of the items to be returned.
- Once the return request has been received and accepted, the customer will be sent an e-mail containing all the information regarding the return procedure: methods, times and costs. The goods must arrive at our warehouses within 20 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed. These refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer. The full amount will be refunded, except for additional costs for deliveries other than standard delivery. The refund will be made within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN: The products must not be altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods.
